“Just a quick note to say thank you! Our experience at West And Main exceeded expectations. The welcome party was fantastic on Friday night. The weather cooperated, the setting was perfect, and the party was such a success that we extended the bar for an hour! The suite was spacious and comfortable and clean and accommodated our bridal party of 7 plus the mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and three stylists for hair and make up on Saturday morning. We even set up a breakfast and lunch buffet on the dining table. And thanks to the hard-working and responsive staff, the room was ready, timely, and enabled us to drop off everything, get set, and go to the rehearsal for the wedding. I did not make it to the after party on Saturday night I was too exhausted! But my husband went and reports that it was well attended, and everyone had fun. I did enjoy one of the sliders and it was so good. And I heard from some of the guests that that cheesesteak eggrolls were phenomenal and I think the buffet was decimated! ”

“Wanted to thank you once again for all your help with our celebrations at West & Main! From our very first visit, before you were even open, we knew we had selected the perfect spot to host our guests! Our guests continually and consistently told us how wonderful the food was. The biggest hit were the truffle fries which guests were waiting in line for as they were replenished! Everything else was equally as delicious and the taste of Philly treats at the after part helped us complete our “It’s a Philly Thing” theme perfectly! Your staff was beyond accommodating, polite, helpful and friendly! You could tell they were happy to be there and enjoyed what they do which speaks volumes to your hotel organization and management. Wandell and Burgandy were excellent point people who executed our vision flawlessly! We appreciate Wandell’s flexibility that allowed us to ultimately hold the welcome party outside. We truly wanted to say the biggest thank you to you, Dayna and the entire Hotel West & Main team. The weekend was so smooth and wonderful and a huge part of that was because of your teams. I have put some details below about the events and service, but want to make sure that I can get this review to your superiors and on The Knot/any other review page you would like us to send it to. Please let me know if there is anyone else you would like me to send the review through to? Hotel Accomodations & Bridal Suite: All of our guests loved the hotel and were comfortable in their rooms. Everyone was impressed with the uniqueness and cleanliness of all the hotel spaces. Our bridal suite was fabulous - the perfect size and had the most amazing light. All of the girls fit comfortably while getting glammed and the set up was perfect. Hotel Staff: All of the staff were friendly and accomodating. We especially had wonderful bartenders/servers on Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday brunch. Everyone was congratulatory and so kind to our guests. The food was consistently superb and the staff was very attentive in replenishing when needed. Even at our after party Saturday night, the chef and bartender were serving us through 1pm with a smile. Events: All three of our events were fantastic. Friday night reception went off without a hitch. The attendant handing out wristbands was very nice, the bartenders were quick and the food was delicious. The space was perfect for our crowd and felt elegant. Even after the last call, the staff was polite while cleaning up and allowed us to remain in the space finishing up our last drink and catching up with friends and family. Saturday's after party was the PERFECT space for us. We are so glad we moved our group to the hotel lobby and bar. Having the perfect weather and garage doors open allowed our group to spread out and enjoy the weather while also getting to all be together. Our guests loved the late night bites and the staff did an awesome job of replenishing the food. The bartenders were so sweet and felt genuinely happy to be there with us. Sunday brunch was the perfect end to the weekend. Hook and Ladder was the perfect space to host brunch. The food was delicious and I specifically wanted to call out our server and bartender (I forgot their names). They were so sweet and helpful. The bloody mary's were a hit and the breakfast spread was delicious. Adam: We wanted to say a HUGE thanks to you. Over the past year you have treated us like a top priority always. Even when we were 10 months from the wedding, you answered our questions promptly and addressed any concerns we had. You were a pleasure to work with and we wish you all the success in the future! Thank you for making our wedding weekend so important and special. We hope to work with you again soon! ”

Do you have a preferred vendors' list?

Yes, it is available upon request.

Can a couple bring in their own vendors that are not on the venues preferred venues list?

Yes

Does the hotel offer special pricing on Friday and Sunday nights?

We are more flexible in terms of pricing with Friday and Sunday afternoon and night weddings.

How do I secure my dates?

A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required. This deposit will go towards your final bill.

What is the payment schedule?

In addition to the 25% deposit due at signing, 50% of the balance is due (60) sixty business days prior to your wedding, and a final payment of the event is due (10) ten business days prior to your wedding.

What are the clients responsible for bringing in?

Clients are responsible for decor/florals, linen upgrades, and entertainment. We also recommend adding uplighting as this will enhance the overall look of the room.
